Objective
This well was a cavern used for chemical storage. The chemicals stored had caused serious corrosion of the well and its components to the extent that the integrity of the system was questionable. The well owner decided to P&A the well when it was still under pressure so that the contaminated fluids / gases remained down hole.Well Details

Execution
- Remove old derrick structure and modify location
- Snub out "Hydraulic cylinder" and 4-½" completion
- Mill multi-windows in 6-5/8" under pressure
- Set multiple plugs in 9-5/8"
